Exchange and Return Policy
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, to return a product in case of regret, the customer must contact Real Store within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, the customer will be refunded the full amount of the order. The return shipping will be paid by the company. The product must be returned in perfect condition, without any signs of use and in its original packaging.
